Job Description

Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ Head Office in Midrand has an opportunity available for an Admin Clerk to join the CJD team. The main purpose of this role will be to assist with the pricing on the master-data system and extending to a third party ordering system.

Minimun Requirements

    Grade 12 / Matric with Accounting and Mathematics


    Job Specification…

    Assist in creating and maintaining accurate and reliable master.
    Participate in masterdata projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas.
    Analyse stock master performance indicators such as volume sales to make recommendations to Management.
    Monitor the pricing data and ensure it is maintained and updated.
    Ensure that promotional files are loaded timeously before promotions.
    Identify price change requirements and submit recommendations thereof accordingly.
    Assist with internal customer queries.
    Provide input into the establishment and implementation of improvement plans and best practices in stock master file management.
    Participate in the formulation of annual continuous improvement plans for the stock master file management process and team.
    Assist in the innovation of new and existing processes and tactical interventions with industry stakeholders.
