Job Description
Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
Maintain and update payroll records, including timesheets, allowances, deductions, and employee changes
Process monthly payroll inputs, reconciliations, and submissions
Administer Provident Fund processes in line with legislation
Support employee lifecycle administration, including appointments, transfers, and terminations
Address payroll queries and discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
Minimun Requirements

Matric / Grade 12
Diploma/Degree in HR (advantageous)
Proficient in MS Office suite
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) (advantageous)
Sage People 300 system experience (advantageous)
Drivers’ License: Code 08 (advantageous)
