We are currently seeking an experienced and competent Night Receptionist at our beautiful Safari Hotel & Convention Centre in Rustenburg, North West province. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests arriving during night-time hours. This role is primarily focused on delivering exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests and visitors.

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Must have 2+ years of reception and reservations experience within the hospitality industry
Must be able to work on Protel or Opera Booking system (PMS)
Certification in hospitality management or related fields is an advantage.
Knowledge of local attractions and amenities to better assist guests.
Strong customer liaison skills and a friendly and professional manner essential.
