The Telesales Agent is a full-time on-site role located in Rosebank. As a Telesales Agent you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to present the company’s products and services, identify their needs, provide support and assistance, and conduct follow-up activities. You will use potential leads and existing customers’ information to contact them via phone, email, and online platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and sales experience to join a dynamic and innovative team.

Ablity to work 17:00pm - 02:00am ( provide your own transportation)
National Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
2 years telesales / call centre sales experience.
Outbound sales experience advantageous.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly valued.
Good communication, persuasive and objection handling skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Be goal oriented, resilient, patient and have good time management skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
