We require an experienced smash & grab installer with supervisory experience who can not only oversee operations at our vehicle fitment center, but is required to be hands-on with installations.

Proven experience as window tinter / smash & grab installer (minimum 3 yrs)
Minimum of 2 yrs in a supervisory capacity
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Solid understanding of automotive fitment processes, equipment, and technologies.
Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
