We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager at Rola VW Vredenburg. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a customer-focused sales culture and promoting the Rola brand. Minimun Requirements

    Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
    Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards common goals.
    Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
    Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop strategic initiatives to drive sales growth.
    Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
    Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of automotive sales processes, dealership operations, and industry best practices.
