ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Job Description

Clover Kimberley Distribution branch is looking for an Adminstrative Officer to ensure administrative controls within area of responsibility and perform secretarial task to the Distribution Manager. The incumbent is involved in administering and monitoring expenses, performing administrative tasks, and assisting with general departmental needs.

Minimun Requirements

    National Diploma
    Business English: Fluent
    Computer literacy (Intermediate)
    Experience required in maintaining a driver reconciliations and General Ledger
    Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
