Job Description

Servicing and assisting customers timeously within SLA via electronic and telephonic communication Ensuring required availability to action incoming telephonic requests as per the business hours Ensure a one-time resolution on all client requests Ensure that clients are kept up to date on the entire claims journey from claim intimation to claim paid Applying TCF principles across all engagements with clients and stakeholders Ensuring compliance with all FAIS fit and proper requirements Ensuing that advice is given within the ambit and framework of the regulations

Minimun Requirements

    Registered Representative - RE5 - (or to be completed within 12 months)
    Matric
    120 FAIS credits (or to be completed within 12 months)
    Insurance Industry knowledge and background (Short-Term Personal Lines)
    Negotiation Skills
    Conflict management and resolution
    Ability to communicate actively and effectively
    High proficiency in written and verbal communication
