Minimum qualifications and experience:

A degree or diploma qualification as a Professional Nurse
Registration as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council
NIMART trained and certified as competent to work independently
Must have a dispensing license
At least 4 years’ experience in working at a clinic (PHC or CHC) community
At least 2 years NIMART experience
Familiar with latest HIV Management, TB and PMTCT guidelines
Experience in supervising teams, essential
Light vehicle driver’s license, essential
Skills, competencies, and attributes:

Computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel)
Good report writing skills
Excellent attention to detail, and deadline driven
