Job Description
1. Assist the Cellular Consultant Manager in developing sales strategies and goals for the cellular department.
2. Train and mentor cellular consultants to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell cellular products and services.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for increasing revenue and improving performance.
5. Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of cellular devices and accessories.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the cellular industry.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Minimun Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a cellular sales role
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
