Job Description
Key Performance Areas:
Accurately capture and process all relevant documentation on a daily basis.
Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve any discrepancies or disputes.
Match invoices, perform corrections, and reconcile accounts as required.
Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, ad hoc tasks, and standby duties.
Assist with stock takes, investigations, and retrieval of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
Minimun Requirements

Knowledge & Skills:
Matric certificate or equivalent. A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management will be advantageous.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in an administrative capacity.
Strong understanding of stock control processes.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Experience with Business Central (BC) or similar ERP systems.
Familiarity with the CHEP portfolio system is an added advantage.
Valid driver’s license (advantageous).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Investigative mindset with attention to detail.
