Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warranty/Costing Clerk to join our team. The Warranty/Costing Clerk will be responsible for handling warranty claims, processing invoices, and tracking costs for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Process warranty claims and ensure timely resolution
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty records
– Communicate with customers and vendors regarding warranty issues
– Create and maintain costing reports
– Track costs associated with products and services
– Analyze data and identify cost-saving opportunities
– Assist with invoice processing and reconciliation
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate cost reporting
– Provide support and assistance to the accounting team as needed

Minimun Requirements

    Requirements:

    - 2+ years of experience in a similar role
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
    - Strong organizational and time management skills
    - Excellent attention to detail
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - Experience with cost analysis and reporting preferred
    - Familiarity with accounting software a plus
