Job Description
• Make inbound/outbound calls to prospective corporate clients and ensure that targets are met
• Ensure proper authentication of information to align with the Cartrack quality standard.
• Accurate data capturing.
• Obtain referrals from current clients.
• Generate quotations and follow-up.
• Obtain client information and complete subscription form on behalf of the client.
• E-mail new clients validation forms and confirm all checks for onboarding.
• Complete all declaration and terms and conditions on sales calls with clients.
• Follow up on fitment scheduling.
• Contact client to confirm scheduled appointment.
• Follow-up if appointment was not honoured.
• Assist client with any other services required i.e., change of ownership, cancellations, invoices etc.
• Ensure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that product and system knowledge is up to date by attending various information / training
sessions.
Minimun Requirements
-
• National Senior Certificate /Grade 12.
• Degree or Advanced Diploma or 10 years’ relevant sales/call centre experience.
• 2 years corporate sales/B2B call centre sales preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly valued.
• Excellent command of business English.
• Demonstrates excellent solution selling and objection handling skills.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Be goal oriented, resilient, patient and have good time management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
