About the role
The Compliance Administrator Assistant supports the Compliance Administrator within the Sales Support Department by providing administrative and document control support across the business. The role ensures that company documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible, supporting compliance across all service lines and associated entities.
This includes monitoring documentation validity, supporting renewal processes, and assisting in the management of the company’s information library to meet operational, sales, and client requirements.
Reporting: The Compliance Administrator Assistant reports to the Compliance Administrator.
Minimun Requirements

Inherent requirements for the position (non-negotiable)
Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or document control role, ideally in compliance, proposals, or sales support
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document management systems or CRM tools advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
