– Handle outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
– Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
– Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and targets.

Minimun Requirements

    Proven experience in a sale or call centre environment.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    - Strong problem-solving abilities.
    - Proficient in using basic computer applications.

    Preferred Qualifications
    - 1 -2 years' experience in a Call Center environment.
    - Matric/NQF Level 4.
    - South African ID.
