FEM is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analyst to support the effective execution of enterprise and operational risk management processes. This role is integral to strengthening the organisation’s risk management framework, ensuring that risks are proactively identified, monitored, and accurately reported. This position will report to the Risk Manager. The successful candidate will contribute to embedding a strong risk culture across the business by supporting risk processes, maintaining dashboards, producing insightful reporting, and assisting with risk awareness and training initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in risk management, economics, or a related field
A postgraduate qualification in Risk Management (advantageous)
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in risk management, preferably within the financial sector
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
Familiarity with insurance regulations is an advantage
Proficiency in risk tools, reporting and dashboards with excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior management
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and to meet deadlines
