Our client, a growing business in the liquor industry, is looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative & Personal Assistant to support the Founder. This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial business where you’ll take ownership, improve processes, and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage diaries, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and reports.
Conduct research on suppliers, customers, and business opportunities.
Track projects and ensure actions are completed.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Support operational and strategic business initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and business documentation.

Minimun Requirements

    Requirements

    Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
    Strong organisational, verbal and written communication, and time management skills.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
    Experience supporting business owners or entrepreneurs is advantageous.
    Experience using Microsoft 365 and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is beneficial.
