We have an exciting opportunity for you to to join our team as a Control Room CCTV Operator(PSIRA)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitoring of alarm-based applications;
Monitoring of live streaming CCTV;
Dispatching
Daily CCTV and other system checks;
Data capturing (Reports and Incidents);
Communicating relevant information regarding movements on and offsite;
Communicate with armed response and field supervisors regarding detailed information where needed;
Ensure that customer service levels are exceptional, and clients receive exceptional service.

Completed matric
PSIRA Registered
Advanced Computer Literacy and report writing skills.
At least 12 months control room or CCTV experience.
Availability to work 12 hour shifts - 2 days day shift (06h00 - 18h00), 2 days night shift (18h00 - 06h00) and 4 days off.
